Genetic Diversity Analysis of Groundnut Germplasm Lines in Respect to Early and Late Leaf Spot Diseases and Biochemical Traits

Background: Groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.) is one of the most nutritious crops having versatile use. Its yield mostly exaggerated by two foliar fungal diseases i.e., early and late leaf spot. In present investigation 96 germplasm lines were screened for spot along with diverse biochemical parameters including protein, oil, fatty acids, proline sugar contents. Methods: Early have been under field condition as well employing SSR molecular markers.
